Window Sticker? of new 5th wheel
What ia the right name for the build sheet or price sheet, that shows all of the detailed equipment and options that is in a specific travel trailer or 5th wheel?
I am looking at two different build sheets from Outdoors Rv, for a brand new Glacier Peak 5th wheel. I am in the process of buying one of them that is out of state.
In one section under "Rugged Oregon Mountain standard features," it lists an Ultra Leather Dinette set, and below that, an Ultra leather Tri-Fold sleeper Sofa. I have confirmed the dinette sets, but in place of the sleeper sofa, they have dual recliners instead. There is no mention of the recliners anywhere else on the sheet.
Both dealers said that the factory built it that way, and they don't know why it does not have the sleeper sofa. It makes me wonder if there are other things missing or replaced in the unit, that I have not noticed yet. I have not seen the one I am buying yet in person, but I have seen the pictures.
Is it normal to have things listed on the specific unit build and price sheet, but not actually on the trailer? If there are other things missing or replaced, would a manufacturer want to make it right?

RV manufacturers do whatever the heck they want. Look at a unit, see what it has and if you like it and then buy it or not. You're going down a road that will be extremely frustrating.

Just a guess on my part, but I'd say the build sheet was completed before supply chain problems necessitated the recliner substitution. Or maybe a last minute swap due to a dealer order. Another possibility is the options are on another sheet and what you are seeing is a generic build sheet. IDK. Try giving the factory a call. They used to be very responsive to customer inquiries. If you really want the tri-fold ask the dealer to swap between units if they have one. Some will, some won't.

I believe that RVs do not have any window stickers on them similar to what a new car has from the OEM listing content.
When we ordered our trailer from Cedar Creek thru our dealer, we used the factory order sheet. On this sheet the trailer model and standard and optional standard components packages were listed. Then there was separate column with additional attachments that could be ordered, at an increase price. With a foot note the manufacture has the right to make revision without notice and etc.....
Which they did on our unit due to the floorplan not allowing one item to be placed where we wanted the item to fit.
So, either order one from the manufacture as you wanted the unit built or buy off of the dealer lot as built.

OP, find out who the national sales manager is and email them. I did for my custom build (not Outdoors RV), and that individual was happy to answer all my questions and even took photos of my build when it hit the floor.
