Chances are you will not find any that will admit to it. Payload would be the reason. A fifth wheel has about 20% of its weight on the pin. If you could find one light enough to tow it would have lots less room than a travel trailer that you can haul. Some things are just not meant to be.

With a 5' 7" bed the Rebel not may not have a 5th wheel hitch available.
With a 3900 rawr the Rebel won't have but maybe 1400-1500 lbs for a hith weight and other stuff in the bed.
That = a very small 5th wheel rv trailer.

You have two issues with towing a 5th wheel with the new Ram Rebel. They are huge issues.

1. The bed it too short and that allows the 5th wheel to make contact with the cab too easy.

2. The cargo capacity will not be high enough to carry the weight of a 5th wheel.

The only two half ton trucks that could possibly carry the weight of a very small 5th wheel are the F-150 with the HDPP option or the Nissan Titan XD. Both of these trucks are special because they will have longer beds with a stronger rear axle.

Grand design has a 1/2 ton towable 5er..
If you look at the specs they cheat on carrying capacity. To keep their gvwr down to a really well equipped 1/2 ton truck specs..why buy a 5er if you
Can only load 700 lbs of stuf in it...
Marketing at its worst and people buy these thinking they can tow it with their f150...sad.

In my opinion, the worst are the Keystone Cougar "halfton" fifth wheels. Those are enormous!

The only 6 cylinder turbo Ram has is the Ecodiesel. My son has an Ecodiesel in a 1500 with Laramie trim and his payload is 1,100 pounds; totally unsuitable for towing a fifth wheel unless it is tiny like an Escape.

Not strictly true as the Cummins in the heavy duty trucks is an I6. But as far as their 1500s go, yes, you're correct.

If the brochure says 1/2 ton towable, you need to plan to get a 3/4 ton truck in all reality.

The towing capacity/capability of a 2015 Ram 1500 with the 3.6 naturally aspirated V-6 (305hp/269lb ft) is extremely limited. ..... look at pop ups and such, not 5th wheels. In comparison the 3.0l Ecodiesel has 240hp/420ft lbs and the Hemi has 395hp/410 ft lbs. I have a 2014 Ram 1500 CC 4x4 5.7 Hemi with the tow package and wouldn't tow more than 6,000 lbs or so with it.
