2 to 1 trailer light conversion module

I currently have a MME 5 amp Powered tail light conversion module.

It worked fine until I put LED tail lights on the trailer.

Now the left and right turn signals work, the marker lights work, but the emergency flashers do not.

I currently have the conversion box attached to a terminal box that contains all the connections for the trailer plug on the Motor Home.

I need a GOOD quality conversion module that works with LED (low current draw)

I would like the same style, vehicle wires on one side and trailer wires on the other, well labeled and flat

You could try replacing your emergency flasher for one that works with LED's.

I had the opposite happen with me. My car flasher could not drive the car and trailer directional lights when hooked to the trailer but once I replaced the four rear lights on my trailer with LED ones it had no problem driving all of the lights.

My coach had no problems either way. BTW I also use a 5 wire to 4 wire converter on my coach.

The flasher works on the motor home, it is the trailer that has stop working.

That is what leads me to believe it is the conversion module that is not functioning correctly.

Glenn,

A quick way to determine whether the converter is toast or not is to put a DVOM onto each contact in your 4 way connector to see if there is 12 VDC power when activated.
