That means it goes in Stud 1 position where the red blank fuse is? I give it a try when I get back from the oil rig June 30th.

I could not find any indication on the wiring harnes. The owners manual seemed to indicate it went in the row with stud 1 and stud 2 but where a 30 amp fuse already was. It was labled in the owners manual as trailer brakes.
