Did you receive a printed copy of these two manuals when you purchased your truck??

I only received a printed copy of the users guide (digital copy of all manuals came on the DvD) and wonder if the dealer goofed.

Stop by dealer..hunt your salesman down and have him get you both manuals

You are lucky to get a copy of those manuals at all. When I bought my slightly used '12 in early '14, no manuals came with the truck. Dealer wants big $ that I didn't want to pay, but will now have to pay. I only have 54k on the truck now, but am getting tired of getting a "recommended service" list each time I go in for an oil change that lists darned near $1k in recommendations. I have no idea if they are feeding me a line of garbage, or if the recommendations are true to the owners manual states. I am not afraid of paying for good maintenance, just not wanting to be taken advantage of by not being an informed owner.

With my '14 I received a printed booklet and a DVD.

I would imagine you could get PDF copies off the RAM site. While I did get the booklets with my truck I also downloaded them off the GMC site and have them on my iPad too.

You have to call Chrysler Customer Center, 866-726-4636 and ask for printed manuals. They are free to the original owner. Have the VIN to give them.

Ordered them today. The rep on the phone said they stopped sending hard copies in 2010.

10-4 on what racer4 said. I bought a new Jeep grand cherokee diesel last Oct. Called the number and they sent me a owners manual (697 pages), diesel supplement (120 pages), etc.

Like you, I only got the user's guide and the DVD upon purchase.
