2017/2018 Ram 3500 cup holder inside diameter?

Hi all,

Sorry to bother you with such mundane stuff, but I want to buy a gift for someone with the Ram 3500: a Yeti 14 oz. coffee cup and a cup holder for the large 4" diameter cup. I found a wonderful cup holder that's adjustable from 3.0 to 3.75" and need to know if the Ram cup holder is within that range. I'm guessing that there is a cup holder on the center console?

Link to Etsy for this cupholder: https://www.etsy.com/listing/6722849..._click=1&frs=1

We did buy 2 of these for our Alpine motorhome and they work great and are made quite well.

Cheers,

Will Ram has two different console that they offer depending on trim level. Now with that said, I have the SLT trim level. I have two RTIC drink coolers that fit in the standard cup holders on my 2008, Dodge/RAM Mega Cab. The first size is a 16OZ drinking vessel the other is a 24OZ vessel. The 16OZ fits in the smaller of the three cup holders by the Driver. The larger vessel 24OZ will fit in the larger cup holder that is next to the passenger side. The cup holder in front of the passenger side cup holder is the smaller size for the 16OZ cup.
Hope this helps and makes sense?

The adaptive base for that Yeti does not look round to me. The words 'Adaptive Base' implies it will work...probably. I did not see how 'Adaptive' it is but because it is tapered to a lesser diameter I think it will work.

Thanks all for the replies! That 3 5/8" is the number I was looking for and is the same size as in our Alpine Coach. These Yeti cup holders work fine in the Alpine so it ought to make a good gift for a RAM owner.

Cheers!
