" I replaced the stock steering stabilizer with a Fox version which cured all the issues."
That seems a popular and fairly successful fix. Hope my '21 doesn't have it!

Yep will help until other items get more worn.
All shocks and the SS on these trucks are junk new...Fox's are very good shocks so are Bilsteins.

I was unaware there were still issues. Does it have anything to do with non-stock aftermarket parts? Lifts, tires?
Anyone aware if this is still an issue on Ram?

Ford is good at ignoring problems. I got screwed on a 2005 350 van with the 6.0 diesel. Later during the class action suit it was found out that Ford knew before the 1st one was sold that cylinder pressures were too high and the engine would be prone to failure and they still sold them and acted like everyone who had a failure was somehow responsible. My tech was told the van was overloaded.

All manufacturers do that. They are not there to make perfect running vehicles but driven by maximizing their profit. Remember GM ignition switch scandal a couple of year back? They pretend nothing happened and even changed the part numbers.
Decades ago, GM designed their engine mount under the frame, so if these mount break, instead of setting on the frame, the engine would just drop to the ground and cause a wreck. They ignored the problem as long as they could. You know what was their fix for the recall? They literally put chains on the engine and let the engine hang onto the frame if the mount break. Until today, I still don’t know what was in their engineers mind when they design the mount under the frame.
FCA is even worse for ignoring problems. My family had a grand Cherokee and it was such a nightmare. The dealer techs kept lying to avoid honoring the warranty work.

I have a 2019 F350 4wd single rear wheel. I hooked up to my car trailer. 9500 lbs trailer with proper load bars and sway control. It is horrible. Feels like the back of the truck is mounted to marsh mellows. Sways back and forth like crazy. Any one have this problem or a fix? Thanks

you checked car positioning/tongue weight? .....'cause it SOUNDS like inadequate tongue weight.
Other than that, tires/tire pressures, WD hitch settings. trailer attitude.....
Factory springs? factory tires? pressures? I'm assuming you're on the oveloads?

Yeah, we regularly tow our 24' enclosed with a car or scissor lift inside with either a 2500 diesel, 3500 SRW or 3500 DRW; no WD bars and no issues.
Sounds like a trailer/load issue rather than a truck issue to me...

I thought a load issue as well. I bought a tongue scale,1900 lbs on the tongue. Hook up the exact same trailer to my friends Chevy and it tows nice. I was told by a fellow racer the aluminum body trucks have longer leaf springs and not enough sway bar size. He had the same problem with his ford, traded for a chevy and loves it. I've owned and towed with many Fords over the years. Next truck might be a chev.

Upgrade your sway bars.

Not a sway bar issue
Sway bars do not support the load. They are there to prevent excessive leaning when cornering. Replacing a 3/4" diameter bar with a 2" one will not change a thing in payload capacity.

Same hitch set up works on the chevy. Can't be the bars or sway control.
