First thing they are going to have to do is scan the system and see if their was a airbag fault with a light on in the dash.. Will almost guarantee they will come back with the TT caused a electrical issue. Its your insurance company's job to pay you out for injury and loss and then they would go after the manufacturer.

Well, the frame is bent, body line is off about 3/4 of inch. As well as the motor is pushed back and broke transfer case mount. I hope they don’t try to repair it!
Sounds totaled to me. Sucks on such a new rig but the main thing is that your family is all right and you'll be OK.
