Anyone tried Denso iridium short design Spark Plugs?

Just tinkering around with the yukon xl and checked the plugs. Look a long in the tooth so I'm going to replace them. On rockauto.com they have some Denso iridium short desgn plyg. I haven't heard of short design plugs but their claim is of course improved efficiency which I would love of course with the 8.1 vortec. Any opinions on these or should I get the OEM AC Delco iridiums?
Thanks!

Improvement over another new plug will be minimal, if any. The recent mandate for sparkplugs to go 100k miles has made even cheap plugs really good. Especially on an engine running regular gas at low compression.
