ANYONE w/EAZ LIFT SWAY BARS? NEED ADVICE!

I just installed a pair of EAZ Lift Anti Sway Bars. THREE QUESTIONS:

1) Are they supposed to "wobble" when properly installed? In other words they don't stay nice and vertically aligned like in their pictures. They tilt back and forth on the two balls. Please note that I have not driven with them yet so perhaps they firm up once there's pressure put on them.

2) So the intructions say "Turn the handle all the way clockwise. The threads should bottom out." OK, I assume that means I KEEP TURNING that handle clockwise until the bolt can't go anymore and it's as tight as it can possibly be? I ask because the next paragraph states that should you need to adjust the sway "then adjust the (sway) brake tension screw 1/4 turn clockwise". Well if the threads are already bottomed out, then how can it turn another 1/4 turn???? So did I do it right or did I do something incorrect?

3) Lastly, those little cotter-pin things only go across the two nearest slots, right? Because it looks like if I foreced it, I could get the pin across two slots away (skip the middle slot), but I don't think that's what's intended. Using the two slots next to one another, the sway bar does not fall off or lift off the ball right now as far as I can tell, but it all wobbles and feels pretty loosy goosy.

Here is the link. Now for the sway bar just hook it up and slide the cotter pins straight across. The straight side of the pin holds the bar in place. Hope this helps.

Yes. The two small couplers on the sway bar are loose fit over the two small balls. That's not a problem.

You're confusing your apples with your oranges. The "handle" is the on/off handle. That is the one you turn clockwise until the threads bottom out. The brake tension screw is that other bolt head below the handle. There's no handle on that one - you have to use a wrench. The tighter you tighten that bolt, the more friction you create for the turning hitch to have to overcome before the rig can turn. You want it good and snug, but not so tight that the sway bar cannot slide within the case.

Yep, it's not a tight-fitting assembly. The cotter pins are simply to prevent the coupler from falling of the ball. There's very little pressure on those keeper pins, so they can be loosy goosy.
