I see a lot of private boondocking in your immediate future

Expand that definition a bit.

On most late-model pickups, the factory rear bumper is a "step" bumper with most of an integrated weight-carrying (WC) hitch included in the bumper. All you need to complete the hitch is a properly-sized hitch ball mounted in the hole in the step. Any trailer being towed with a ball mounted in the step bumper is literally a "bumper pull" trailer.

While I agree that he needs a newer truck, I want to wait a year. Are we going to die towing this thing or will we live another year? Suggestions are highly appreciated!
I'm going to HAVE to agree with your husbands assessment of the current TV. Time to trade up, can't possibly wait until next year!! LOL. Good luck with your decision and truck hunting!

Men stick together

I've gotta vote for your husband's point of view! If you don't get a new truck this is what will happen....

I suggest you go truck shopping THIS WEEKEND.

Don't stop.....

Don't pass go.....

And don't forget that he NEEDS all those accessories including the chrome wheels

I think the ladies are going to say, "Get the new diamond ring, then get the truck."

A lot of other accessories that the man can enjoy comes with a diamond ring.

Although this forum is all knowing on things RVing there are some areas that certainly are lacking. Your title ask "are we going to die?" Sorry but yes you are, as are all our friends and enemies alike. The quote above ask "will we live another year?" We'll there is no guarantee on that one so I suggest you have your reservation made for that final camp site. Remember, that final site doesn't take Good SAMs or any other discount, because its free, just for the asking!

I return you now to the Diamonds vs Truck discussion. Hard to pull a camper, 5er or TT with a diamond! Good luck!
