Here is a good story on who has the best diesel tow vehicle. Was there ever any doubt?

Probably already had the recall done or they would have.

Yeah, and after over a 1,000 miles of driving on I-25 and I-40, I counted 22 Dodges, 11 Fords, and 5 Chevy/GMC diesels pulling gooseneck and 5th wheel trailers.
Wonder why there were more Dodges pulling real loads??

OK, folks, we just went through this on a similar thread a few weeks ago. Just a reminder that we don't do brand wars on iRV2, so please don't let this thread slip any farther in that direction.
Thanks for your cooperation.

I find it interesting that at the finish line the only thing the author tells you is <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">the Chevy's Duramax out-hauled the competition by a truck-trailer length, or two, or three.. </div></BLOCKQUOTE> Who came in second and third isn't even mentioned.
Did anyone take notice of the restaurant's name:
The Apple Pie Restaurant
How many of you folks out there remember the old Chevrolet commercial which had the lyrics:
Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet.
Like dogs, Every truck has its day.

This tells us two things. A Chevy fan wrote the article. You'd get the same results, except the Dodge winning if a Dodge fan wrote it. and 2, don't ever beleive everything you read. I think I learnd that before I learned to read.

Here's a different page, just to make sure things don't degenerate into a serious brand war...
