Looks like a real score if you're handy with maintenance. Some of Fleetwood's trailers were quite good in the traditional travel trailer market. I don't know how they compare to the Prowler or Terry line, but they were always popular, and reliable. Saw several Savanna 5th wheels in a quick look. As I understand it Fleetwood's overall failure was due to the motorhome/mobile home divisions.
Get that roof under control, you should be good to go. All your appliances and electrical should be readily available through other sources. Appears to be a diamond in the rough, fiberglass walls, European tip out windows, the original graphics look pretty good too. Much better choice on your part than financing a fancy new trailer. You'll be laughing all the way to the bank and enjoying old school cool travel trailer life
