I have a Curt Q20 hitch and the jaw spring has worn out. Can these be replaced and/ or do they sell a replacement kit to rebuild hitch? Hitch is 8 years old, what is the life expentancy of the hitch during part time usage?

Had a curt Q20 and the rubber bushings were getting very hard. I called Curt and they sent me new bushings. My hitch had a 10 year warranty and it was only 7 years old. Call Curt. Great folks to deal with, and a good hitch as well.
