Cut hitch cable
We have a Rockwood Minilite 2104s and the Black and blue wires on trailer hitch wiring got cut. Reconnected and back right tail light does not work. Left side works. Fuses in trailer are all ok. Any suggestions?

Go back and look at the wires again, most likely, more than two wires were cut.

with tail lights they are connected together so to speak, if one works the other should. there should only be one wire, they have one function, come on when the lights are turned on. there is another wire BUT its brake and turn signal. i would check the bulb and ground on that light.

I don't think there will be any fuses in the trailer that matter for turn and brake signals.
My guess is the a fuse (or fuses) in the tow vehicle blew when the wires got cut.

If the cabling was cut while the trailer was attached to your tow vehicle, you may have blown fuses on the tow vehicle.

this was my first thought, BUT he says he has one working taillight. surely they aren't wired separate? one wire should operate the taillights, side maker lights, and license plate light.

Unfortunately, we don't know if it is the running / marker light not working, or the turn signal / hazzard/ brake light not working. Thats assuming OP has dual filament bulbs that are having the issues. Most (if not all) of those circuits should have some sort of fuse protection. I think a little more information could help with a more definitive answer.

I'm betting that the tow vehicle is the issue also.
Pull the cover off of the underhood fuse box and read the legend to find the right fuse.
