I relaminated the front and rear panel of my 2008 keystone sprinter which meant disconnecting all the wiring at those locations. Now all my electrical works except the emergency flashers / signals/brake light on the trailer. All lights on the truck working perfectly. I do have working running light at the break light locations when I turn my lights on to the truck. Ugh.

You don't say what truck you have. If it has the OEM tow package there may be fuses in the truck for all the lights you are referring to. If those fuses are blown, you may have shorted the trailer wiring somewhere.
