Freight Liner Sport Chassis

I have one of these units. My problem is no one in Central PA can work on these.
My SC is not just a Truck to haul down the road as these Freightliner Techs think. Each time i take my unit into Freight Liner it comes out with more problems.

This last time I had some Recall Work done and i was told everything would be taken care of as per Freight Liner Warrant. The Freight Liner Dealer charged me 3K to do Recall Work. When I called the main office I was immediately referred to find the District Manager he is the one that can ok this. but that is not what i was told by the Factory and the person in charge.

I also had a window regulator installed. My window is scratched really bad and the dealer won't recognize that they did this. So I am out a Window...

While the Tech was chasing down the wires for the window he must have thought they traveled thru the upper console. While checking this the Tech broke the whole plastic piece that keeps this upper console in place.

I don't think i'm asking for anything out of the ordinary when i called and asked if they had SC specific dealers that will work with its customers, remember we treat our trucks different than a regular truck and driver. I was told that we just sell them.

Now i'm on my way back to my truck to clean the Grease that is all thru my Leather and carpet....

Feel free to contact me if you have a dealer that knows how to treat its customers and knows how to work on these trucks.....
