I had a half ton mega cab hemi that I pulled my 25' 5th wheel with and I only got 2.5 to 3 Mpg and could only run about 65....so I got rid of that truck and got a 3/4 cummins and I not get around 11 running 75 and 80 with no problems...

Why are you pulling a 5er @ 75 and 80?

Guess I shouldn't complain!
Our MH weighs just under 32,000 and we tow a Honda Odyssey on a dolly (another 5,000#'s or maybe a little more. We get around 8 mpg average although I have seen 256 mpg (downhill, closed throttle) and 3 mpg in the Columbia Gorge at 70 mph fighting a strong headwind. Today, on the flats my VMSpc was showing 13.5 at a steady 65 indicated although that's about 62 mph actual.
Towing the Ody four down gets me about 1 mpg less on the VMSpc.

I see it all the time here in WA. The speed limit for anything with a GVWR of 10,000#'s or more or towing ANYTHING is the truck speed limit, usually 60 mph. They blow by me all the time but that's OK, I know I can top 90 even with the dolly and Ody in tow. I don't run out of power, I run into the rev limiter at 2,200 rpm.

Hope I am not in your way as I am doing the legal speed limit for the safety of all around.

Know it depends on if I'm on flat ground or mountains, and how I personally drive, but maybe a 'ballpark' figure? Of course, I don't think this will stop us from RV'ing!!
As an old bumper sticker I had said:
"It's not great mpg for a car, but it is for a HOUSE!"
