Great Customer Service from Hopkins Corp

On my last trip, my remote for my Brake Buddy was not coming on to let me know the brake in the toad was working. I discovered the Brake Buddy was activating but the remote was not sending a signal. I opened up the units and could not see any wires damaged or loose. I checked for continuity on the alert harness and discovered there was none. I called Hopkins and told them my 18 year old unit was having alert issues. Without hesitation they sent me a new harness free of charge. Plugged it in tonight and working as it should. Nice to see a company providing great customer service to their customers. Thanks Hopkins Corp!

I had a similar "good customer service" with them also several years ago. No questions asked. They just sent me the replacement parts. They even Fed-Ex them to me as I was on the road.
