So dreaming into the future.... Imagine if you will, the Tow vehicle is a Tesla or some other EV. The towed vehicle is festooned with solar panels and batteries. In addition, the towed vehicle has a monstrous tesla coil to keep the tow vehicle charged... presuming of course that the tow vehicle can make use of the power generated by the Tesla coil in the toad.
The narrative suggests this could be used with Boats and Rv's. I wonder how that makes sense? Would you then have to pay for two tanks of fuel at each stop? Or charge two vehicles when stopping for the night?

So, the second car, not being actually towed, is just being controlled to drive itself and follow the lead car?
Seems like the second car needs to be a lot closer to prevent other motorist moving in the space, In Atlanta they would for sure try to turn into this gap.
