Nobody has mentioned weight, a fiberglass topper along with a interior kit and 55 PSI in the rears not towing makes my F-350 ride very comfortably, so much so that we look forward to driving it every time (except u-turns and parking lots). Of course if you have a fiver the topper isn't an option but you don't list what you tow. On board air by Viair makes airing up and down a breeze.

when not towing lower your tire perssure to 55~60 in the rear and leave your front at 65 psi all the time. swap your rear spring shackles out to the Sulastic ones and put so good shock in your truck like Bilstien or Rancho RS9000xl . Most truck new the shocks are junk.

Yes to 65F/60R or 70F/65R for better mileage - probably not measurably better but in theory it is. 65/60 is comfy but the stoopid puter tells me I'm low on pressure. I know I could change that but it's easier to just hit the OK button every time I drive. I run 30/25 or even 25/20 offroad and that's really cushy!

Weigh your r rear axle with you and DW in the truck, then adjust your tires to the air pressure necessary to carry that weight. That might be as low as 40 to 45 psi.

What they said; you can add weight to the truck, get better shocks, etc. but the biggest change is just from lowering the tire pressure.

I'm lazy so I leave mine alone but I run 70psi front and 60psi rear and have no complaints with the ride of my 2022 F350 CC DRW Super Duty......neither does my wife.
