If it wasn’t for bad luck…

Last night while changing the secondary fuel filter / pump, it developed a hairline crack on the upper casing. Diesel all over. Finally got it off. Autozone can’t get the replacement till Tuesday. My 3 month trip south is _supposed_ to start Wednesday. Looks like I’ll be late.
Oh well…. [Moderator Edit]…

My setup is a 2020 Keystone Cougar 26RBS towed by a 2016 Ford F-250 with a 6.7L turbo diesel.

Is this the housing that cracked? I carried it in my 2013 for a couple years but never needed it. My 2019 uses a different filter.

Look after market for an aluminum upper . My Ram has a plastic cap which was a pain to take off . Got an aluminum one much beefier and easier to take off . Put a little never seize or grease on the the threads works well .

I’m not sure. Sorry, I just saw this and the fellow that helped me do the change has it.

The replacement is supposed to arrive today. Hopefully I’ll get on the road this weekend.
