Just looked at a 2021 F-150 Lariat

Interior is really nice with a bigger 12" and high resolution screen. Better material (less plastic) on the dash. Cool lay flat shifter.

It will be interesting to see in 5 to 7 years what they do next. The auto industry is really a dog eat dog industry.

Payload was 1,725lbs. That could be the next big thing. Adding payload a little wheelbase incease and bump it closer to the a 160" wheelbase.

My thought is it now beats the Ram for interior and has more payload.

Good for Ford[emoji106]

Just came back from the dealer. A 2021 F150 XLT 3.5EB CCSB has an MSRP of $57000. Im blown away. That’s the same as my 2020 F250 XLT 7.3L.
Lower cost no longer a valid reason for getting a 1/2 ton.

I agree - F-150 is too expensive, dollar for dollar the F-250 is a lot more truck.

The only reason I would get an F-150 is if I drive a lot unladen. MPG and maneuverability are the advantages of 1/2 ton trucks.

If you're looking at a 2021 F-150 take a look at the hybrid option. It has really cool technology. You can run the truck engine as a 7.5 kw 62 amp generator which is more power than you can get in a full hookup campground. It can also power up your home after a storm outage. The hybrid option is available in all trims.

No, not going to buy a F-150 but just curious to see the new interior.

The 'rusty ram' rolls off the tongue better.

I am going to keep my 2017 F-250 6.2 several more years.

No, the 2022 Superduty's are only getting the optional 12" Sync 4 system. Interior otherwise is unchanged.

Maybe 2023 will have the new interior...
