I am currently working on a deal for a Cougar 24RDS 5'er, but I am having them put the Reese Goose Box on it. In researching options I found that Lippert makes just about all of the 5'er frames and at this time, the Goose Box is the only goose neck mod that will not void the 5'er frame warranty. They used to allow the Anderson, but stopped doing that in March of 2021....
I currently have the bumper pull trailer but my lower back is not happy about lifting and squatting with that 65 lbs. hitch assembly, or the spring bars....
We'll see how this works out.... Any tips or tricks from somebody who has gone this route would be appreciated....
