Well, found my only complaint to this point... Whoever designed the valve stem placements and put the rears facing each other should be shot. I donít have huge hands and still managed to cut my hand getting to the rears even with the right air fill tool...

My 2012 dually Ford had the valve stems facing the same way. The outside tire was easy but the inside tire needed an extension and then was semi easy.

You indicate both valve strems are on the inside facing each other...that sounds odd for sure.

Yeah, itís terrible. I thought it couldnít get much worse than the tires on our 40í Class A. Turns out, I was wrong...

As far as I can tell, the 6 wheels on my 2020 RAM 3500 dually are the same. Stock from the factory, my outer valve stems face in board, and the inner ones face outboard, and they are lined up pointing to each other. My dual air chuck fits in between just fine.

How can it be done differently? Different rims for the outside rears? Valve stem extensions?

Im not understanding this either. Out points in, in points out, and have them aimed at a hole. Are you using an air chuck that has two directions on it?
