Which bars are you using with the Blue Ox? I would think you need 1500 lb bars.
I use the 1500 lb Blue Ox bars with my 30' Arctic Fox (10K GVW), and it's very stable. My truck is essentially the same as yours.

Load up truck and trailer camp ready ----you/all passengers/stuff in truck-trailer etc.
Go to a CAT Scale and get weighed 3 times
First with truck/trailer and WDH set up
Then reweigh with WDH not connected (just stay on scales---undo the bars--get that weight)
Then go drop trailer in parking lot and get truck only weighed
With those 3 weight tickets you will have all the info needed to set up WDH properly
With those weight tickets you can figure what tongue weight is (S/B 12-15% of trailers weight)
With those weight tickets you can set WDH so most of weight removed from trucks front axle can be returned back on axle
In mean time......
Measure distance from top of trucks front tire to bottom of wheel well without trailer
Then connect trailer and set up WDH so distance on trucj=ks front axle is back to original measurement
(Will get you close -----weighing lets you fine tune)

What is the gross trailer weight listed on the loading sticker on front drivers side of trailer and what is the cargo capacity listed on the loading sticker of the truck? Should be on drivers door sill.
What tires on the truck and how much air are you running?

it means 2 things:
1/ your TT center of mass must be moved forwards.
2/ your suspension is too soft for the load. result: springs too compressed and shocks too weak, resulting in uncontrolled forces to the TV during compression/decompression. a WDH compounds the problem.
solution:
1/ shift center of mass forwards
2/ stiffen your suspension. the easiest method is to add "dual-path" air bags to the rear. else, upgrade the tires, rims, springs, shocks by trial and error.

I had the same problem. Tried Bilsteins. No change. Found out I had outgrown the 1200lb hitch. Switched to Andersen and problem solved

Went from 80 psi in the rear tires to 70, and to 60 in the front. Got new shocks and a new Blue Ox WDH and it's pretty good, these days. Harsh ride and porpoising is gone.

Some road surfaces will make it feel like it's porpoising even when there is no fault in your setup. Just the spacing of the expansion joints and how they wear. I've been on highways where it almost felt like that even when I was just driving my car, not towing.
