GVWR - PAYLOAD= weight.
The payload is specific to your truck already.

Otherwise you have to get it weighed with a full tank of fuel and all your hitch equipment.

As stated before, the only way to find the true weight is to weigh a truck with the same configuration. As was also stated, I don't currently own this truck (my truck and rv are in my sig) so I can't do this myself which is why I started this post hoping someone who did had some real weights on it.

So you want us to guess what this truck with its options (which we don't know) weighs?
I'm not trying to be silly, but I know from my Ram, the payload is almost 1000lbs lower based on the option it has vs another 2500. So without this detail you cannot get a meaningful answer.

OK, since your a little slow on reading all my prior posts I'll sum it up for you yet again. I was looking for someone who actually owned a current generation Ram, with it's latest ratings, and with the EXACT configuration I listed 3500-Mega Cab-6.4 Bed-4X4-Laramie-6.7C/A- SRW, who had actually weighed their truck. No extra options to consider as I'm not looking for exact down to the last lb. so one or two extra options won't make a difference. I'm also not looking for Ram's published specs. I was looking for someone with this truck who had it weighed in the real world to give me a close proximity of what this particular truck would weigh (better yet, the rear axle weight as the rear axles 7k rating is more of a limitation on pin weight than payload as payload assumes the front axle will carry some of the weight which it won't when it comes to pin weight.)

What I was also hoping for, was that those such as yourself, who had nothing to add because they don't have the info I'm looking for, to kindly pass over this thread and not respond.

I would go to Turbo Diesel Register. Com site and ask this question you may get a better answer since this is entirely a Cummins Ram site. I am a member of that forum also and several users have the newer Ram trucks on this site and could answer your question.

Here is the Link: http://www.turbodieselregister.com/
