I think the tow vehicle’s shape, especially in the rear, pretty much negates any streamlining of the front of the trailer.

If there is any difference at all, it will be completely immaterial to all the other money being spent to camp. Buy what makes you happy to spend time in.
If fuel consumption is that much of a consideration in the decision, you should be towing either of those tiny trailers with something much smaller and more efficient.
