Tomorrow I am going to look at a used Trailair pin box. It only has four short tows on it. The guy is getting out of Rving for now. His fiver is bigger than mine and what he tells me it will fit my fiver. Is $500 too much to pay for it? They cost $899 new plus tax. I am not sure that I will put it on myself or take it to a RV dealer. How do you like it if you have one?

I have one & love the way it takes out the up & Down banging bumps. I paid 850 installed at their factory. just make sure it will fit your orig pin box.Get their web site & CHECK THE MODEL # against your pin box. They make a lot of diffrent models.

It will not fit so thanks Geojudi59. the guy had a Leland 7910 and I have a Lippert 1116. The bolt pattern different and so it the width. If anybody needs one and has a Leland 7910 pin box email me and I will tell you where to get it.

diandtom,
If you are still looking for a air-ride type pin-box. Look at the 5th Airborne pin-box at www.fifthairborne.com . They have a pin-box that takes care of both the fore & aft movments and up & down movement.
