Trailer loading configuration estimate

I would like to get your collective wisdom for a best guess loading configuration for my trailer in order to get the proper tongue weight. I have a 28' enclosed beaver tail with dual axles and cabinets in the front (so the first 3' or so of the trailer isn't usable for parking). I have a car that weighs approximately 3400 lbs. and two motorcycles that weigh approximately 500 lbs. each (1000 lbs total). The car is about 15' in length and the bikes are about 8' long - for a total length of about 23'. I have to install some etrack which will be a different configuration depending on where the car and the bikes end up in the trailer (i.e. car in front or bikes in front). I've got a weigh safe hitch on order which will give me the actual weight.

But just for curiosity sake, for those of you that have experience with trailer loading (I have basically zip experience), which configuration do you think will give the proper weight distribution: car in front or bikes in front?

Any advice or thoughts are welcome. Thanks.

Put the bikes in side ways as far forward as you can and put the car centered of the axles of the trailer. you need tongue weight to make the trailer tow right and proper tongue for your truck im guessing you have 2500 or better truck

Thanks Consolenut. I'm towing the trailer with a 43' DP.

I'm not sure I can get the bikes in sideways...easily. But I'll try it when I'm experimenting with positioning. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks again consolenut, though I'm not sure I know what you mean by your comment? Why does having a DP mean that I "def need tongue weight"?
