Try putting more weight up towards the pin to keep the trailer from bouncing.

My 2500 has two settings for psi. Light and heavy. Are 3500s different?

On a Ford, you set the pressure and then use the tool to tell the computer that the pressure you have is good.

This is about Fords and more specifically F-350 . Thanks for the inputs from the Government Motors group, but my load handling is good, just trying to soften the ride a bit loaded, and more unloaded.

Does lowering the psi, not damage the tire, or at least cause uneven wear ?

It can, but use the chalk test to see how far you can go. You may be surprised. But you'll want to air them up or you will damage them when you're loaded.

My 2012 F-350 SRW shows 65 front & 80 rear. I installed air bags which help soften the bounce when no load in the bed. I run 10 psi unloaded & 20 psi towing. Mine also has the camper package.

I run 65 front, 50-55 rear when empty. Towing rears go to 80 and fronts to 70.

Running 80psi when empty will give you uneven wear.

I think King Ranch trucks have HARD seats.

Put a good, soft cushion between you & the seat. See what it does.

If it improves , leave the cushion there, or, insert some foam under the seat cover.

I have a 12 King Ranch 350. It is a truck, not a Cadillac. I run 65lbs unloaded and 70/80 when loaded in Michelin AT2 tires.

Take a spin in my F450, your truck will seem like a Caddy.

Experiment with tire pressure. I run 60 front and 50 rear unloaded. 60 front and 70 rear towing. 60 front constant is due to the weight of the diesel engine. Rear load doesn't add much to the front axle.
As was said earlier, it's a truck.
Good luck.
