Occasionally at slower speeds when braking I hear a loud vibration sound coming from the TT. But I don't feel or see anything weird or different from the cab. And the road surfaces are normally smooth.
The TT is an 21' Orbit Ultralite, the TV is an F250, the brake controller is a Tekonsha, Voyager.
What I think is happening is that the wheels are locking up and bouncing the TT, but I'm not hearing the wheels sliding. (maybe due to the loud vibrating sound?)
During testing, when I apply the manual brakes the TT brakes apply and slow the movement down.
I've gone over the leveling sensor steps and the power adjustments to the brakes and they seem to be correct.
Just curious if anyone has experienced something similar.

How do you have the brake controller mounted? If it can move any this may be what is making the vibration in thr trailer brakes.

I've got it mounted to the dashboard above the 4wheel drive lever. I'll check to make sure it's mounted securely.

if it moves, up or down after you have it adjusted correctly.then the adjustments are now incorrect..i would back off the gain control a little...this is where the prodigy is superior, it does not have to be level, to work correctly..hope this helps..joncar
