Hope I don't step on toes...but Ram 1500 driver's can be the lowest on the vehicular intelligence food chain. I have met too many people that think their Ram 1500 can do anything because a Cummins powered Ram can. Very frustrating.
The picture doesn't pass the smell test though...Definitely a 1500 pickup. But looking at the picture, that pickup does not appear to have any load whatsoever on it. So if it really is hooked to that trailer, it has air bags or something similar beefing up the rear suspension.
Double towing is not that big of a problem with proper equipment. The rig I bought has a hitch on the back of the 5er. My uncle pulled his boat behind it many, many miles. If your equipment is sufficient, and in good repair, then it really isn't a problem.
