Regardless of whether it is legal or safe, I have found that arguing with anyone on Facebook about anything is a total waste of time. Can't have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.

That is the biggest issue with a 5ers, one can be extremely overloaded and still not have drivability or handling issue because they are fundamentally more stable.

Hope I don't step on toes...but Ram 1500 driver's can be the lowest on the vehicular intelligence food chain. I have met too many people that think their Ram 1500 can do anything because a Cummins powered Ram can. Very frustrating.
The picture doesn't pass the smell test though...Definitely a 1500 pickup. But looking at the picture, that pickup does not appear to have any load whatsoever on it. So if it really is hooked to that trailer, it has air bags or something similar beefing up the rear suspension.
Double towing is not that big of a problem with proper equipment. The rig I bought has a hitch on the back of the 5er. My uncle pulled his boat behind it many, many miles. If your equipment is sufficient, and in good repair, then it really isn't a problem.

Both combos in the pics " looks safe" to me. I see no squat in either truck. However without any specs I wouldn't argue anymore with the woman on face book.
I towed rv doubles for 8 years with a 26' 5th wheel rv trailer and a 19' bazz boat. Under axle weights and under my state length regs. We pulled to lots of places in TX/AR/NM/CO/OK/MO/UT/AZ .
Finally at 180k on the trucks odo I sold the boat and camper. No issue with anything.

I tow agriculture doubles still yet with trucks in my sig maybe 3-5 time a month making extra buck to stretch out my SS check.
Towing doubles isn't for everyone as it requires more attention to details and road conditions plus guessing what some rv newb pulling a single trailer is going to do in the lane next to me.

The truck isn't showing any squat because the boat trailer hitch weight is trying to yank the 5er off of the hitch at the same time it's trying to rip the hitch off of the back of the fiver. Yeeeeeeeeeee HAWWWWWWWWWW!!!!
