I'm new to RV'ing this year too, and I do not have a 12 volt outlet anywhere in my trailer. I have a 2002 21.5' R-Vision Trail-lite. No inverter either. (THAT is going to change soon!) I bought a "Blackweb" battery pack for my iPhone and iPad, and it will do 7 full charges to my iPhone before needing a recharge. $25 bucks. I plan on doing about 25% boondocking, so I also bought a generator for the AC. I live in south Texas. I didn't get any manuals with the RV, but I heard they were mostly garbage anyways. I found manuals for each appliance on board though, and they are very good. Look for your converter model online and you should have no problem finding it. Also look for the AC, hot water heater, the fridge and furnace. You can figure the rest out as you use the RV. Here is a pdf of your converter.

Good luck
