Looking at this hybrid and there is a small hole under the queen side pull out bed. Wondering if this is a big cause for concern or should not worry to much about it, thank you.

Looks like that has been wet and starting to rot. Personally, I'd pass on this one. I have seen many hybrids with leaks on the tilt out floor parts.
