Buying a used hybrid.

Looking at this hybrid and there is a small hole under the queen side pull out bed. Wondering if this is a big cause for concern or should not worry to much about it, thank you.

Looks like that has been wet and starting to rot. Personally, I'd pass on this one. I have seen many hybrids with leaks on the tilt out floor parts.

Soft spot on panel. Mold on mattress. Rust on hinges. Things including the hinged panel are going to need replacement soon.

Source of moisture must be found and eliminated, especially if a leak from outside. It is possibly a condensation issue which also must be addressed.
