Front bunk won't close

We took the trailer out for a quick overnighter. When we went to Close up the front to head home the bunk will not close properly. The upper left corner (driver's side) is off and is hitting the enclosure. I looked to see if the hinge on the bottom was off but it's still secure with no movement what so ever.

Could the platform that is attached to the door have shifted?

I had to leave the trailer up at a friend's house since I wasn't able to get it home with the bunk not securing.

I'm hoping this is a fairly common issue that is easily fixed

Was the trailer on level ground when you tried to button it up?

And have you ever noticed alignment issues before?

I bought my Rpod used and the previous owner had trouble closing the bump out. When I got home with it I found that the whole door was crooked so I removed the screws on the piano hinge, aligned the door corectly, then drilled new holes and re-screwed it. No more issues. Looked to me like it had been installed wrong at the factory,

The trailer is on an incline. Will that make a difference? It has had some alignment issues before as you can see scratch marks.

I looked at the piano hinge and it looked good. Not sure what happened

Went back to the trailer and got it leveled out. Bunk closed right up. Thanks for the help
