The Negatives: I have never been a fan of only a singe axle for a RV trailer over 20'. The fresh water tank is only 30 gallons. Many brands are in the 40-50 range. The hot water tank is only gas (gas / electric is a option).

We just purchased a 2019 GS Ameri lite
22.7 ft. Has double axles, weights 3685 lbs carry weight 3715. Tongue weight apps 400 lbs, more after loafing loading it.
Towing w a 2010 F150 5.4 SuperCrew with the HD tow package.
Full size bed, sofa, dining ring booth, double sink, and bath..
Model 218MB...
