We had the same issue with both our hybrids. Go to Home Depot, and they have mold spray remover. With the bunk closed spray some on, let it soak in for a few minutes. Use a semi-stiff scrub brush to scrub. Use a wet terrycloth towel wipe it down. In a bucket of water clean the towel, wipe it down again. I would work a 2' x 2' area at a time. With the bunk closed it's easier to scrub. When all clean use a fan on it overnight to dry. After the mold remover, I used a final spray of Clorox spray cleaner as a added measure.
In the future anytime you heat the rv you are going to have condensation. As we close up for the trip, I'll us a bath towel to wipe the ceiling of the bunk down an hour before break-down. If you notice under the mattress will be wet too
In our 2013 hybrid we had 400 nights of use. Before we traded it in I spent about 2-3 hours total on both bunk ceilings. Looked like new when finished.
