We have a hybrid with a queen bed on one end and a double on the other, but you would normally sleep crosswise across the camper.
As we are of a "certain age" the likelihood of having to crawl over each other when nature called in the middle of the night was not attractive. So we hit on a solution. With the banquet table out, we put a thick layer of foam in to raise the step level to the banquet seat cushions. Tuck a sheet under the bottom bed mattress and stack the two banquet back cushions to make a mattress extension for our feet. Tuck a pool noodle in the remaining crack between the bed mattress and the seat cushions. Wrap the sheet up around and tuck under that bottom bed mattress again. Voila, we can sleep lengthwise with the camper and crawl out of bed without disturbing each other too much.
