Rear right turn signal/brake light not working

I am having an issue with my right rear lights. When hooked up to the trailer, the rear lights come on along with every other light including the right rear. However, the turn signal and brake light don't come on on the right. I tried with 2 different vehicles, which I could assume its not on the vehicle side. I switched the working left hand bulb with the right and still the same result. I don't know where to go from here. The light mount is sealed to the trailer, so I am hesitant to break the seal as to avoid leaks.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to find this issue and resolve it?

I appreciate your input as always.

The most common problem is a poor ground. Just take the lens off. If your trailer light fixture has incandescent bulbs and you can see any of the metal base or socket metal shell, there is a way to test. Get a piece of wire long enough to reach from the fixture to a good clean chassis ground on trailer. Attach wire to good ground. Maybe a bolt thread? Pinch it in place with a vise grip. Activate the turn signal for that side and touch the wire to the bulb metal as a substitute ground. If it works, you will need to find the bad connection. Fixtures have been known to have their own poor connections where the socket attaches to the ground wire.

Good luck.

I agree with code2, you only have 4 options, bad bulb, lack of ground, lack of power, all 3 simultaneously would be highly unusual.
