under belly plywood and tarp replacement help

hybrid 2005 kodiak skamper thor
to add new plywood/water barrier to the underbelly do I need to jack up the walls? if so what sould I look out for?

The under belly cover on a lot of trailers is a material called Coroplast.
It is a corrugated plastic sheet, that is attached to the bottom of the trailer's frame. This is covering all the electrical, plumbing and tanks from the elements and road hazards.

You may have seen it used for yard signs.
