What do I do now?

I bought a 2007 Dutchmen Aerolite Cub 235SL. I got scammed pretty hard. Time to move past that and fix stuff. How do I fix this floor? I have watched about 2 hours of videos about doing this and none of them are built like this. It looks like the aluminum cross members are built into the floor panels. I'm not afraid of the work, I just don't know what I need to do.

Foam core composite plywoods are available. The googler also found a diy page for making them. The only thing to work out how to join the new panels to the old. Seems like the foam could be whittled out to allow aluminum tubing to be screwed and glued at the joints. With a little more thought, there are probably solutions.
