"Then you add my SxS which is 2,100# and even if I use your numbers and it subtracts 200#... That puts me at 3143# pin weight."

Not necessarily true assumption. It also depends on placement in the garage area, if forward on the rear axle, it will also increase the weight on it.

That's where the specific layout matters.

Almost the entire garage is behind the axles on the 381m.
