Bedlift troubles

Good day ! I have a 2016 Keystone Impact 36’ 5er Toy hauler, our Happi Jac bed system has stopped working. It worked perfect the last time we used it (raising the beds to the ceiling) and the next trip out they would not lower. I have followed the troubleshooting but the part I am stuck on is that the brake on the motor will not release so I can manually get access to the motor and wiring to diagnose it. I have unplugged the motor and even pulled the main fuse but the brake will not release. The bed is not jammed in the track or anything. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
