Bumper Pull Toy Hauler with Separate Garage?

I'm looking for a good quality, rugged, bumper pull Toy Hauler with separate garage and less than 12' in total height. What are my options? And of these options, which do you think is the best quality? Thanks!

one option is to build what you want/need.
Race, performance & street cars, engines, engine parts, trailers for sale has listings for some platforms usually.

I'm guessing that would be pretty expensive. I did see that Keystone's Energy has a separate garage. Who else makes one?

So I've been looking around quite a bit and in the more 'affordable' range (under $40,000 with generator and fuel station), it's looking like the Keystone Energy might be the best choice?

What do you guys think?

We bought a 2006 36' Raptor with a 12' garage, generator, fuel station for under $40,000...we love it!

I'm trying to find out about bumper pulls with separate garages. Anybody have any suggestions/recommendations?

WE have a 2012 Forest River Work & Play Model WPT30WR. It has the separate garage and is well under $40,000. That was the main reason that we bought this one. We looked at several makes and models and liked this one the best and suited our purpose for a toy hauler. Below are some photos of the inside which will give you a better look.

Do not have but Work and Play would have been my suggestion also. Have seen and been through but not used.

Looks nice. Why do they call it a 'Work and Play'? Anything different about it compared to other regular 'Toy Haulers'? What made you choose it over other Toy Haulers?

Last time I checked the Work & Play had a better CCC, 6,000 vs. 2,500 for the lightweights.

There was a couple of reasons that we bought it. One was that it was not that expensive and the layout of it was what we were looking for in a toy hauler and the unloaded weight was under 10,000 lbs. We looked at a few 5th wheel toy haulers but did not find one that the wife cared for. Our two girls are grown and moved out and it is only me and her when we go camping and we did not want to get to big of a hauler. As far as the name I am not sure why it is called a Work & Play. We were hauling 2 large cruiser bikes but we sold both of them and know all we haul is a golf cart. Good luck in your search.

Interesting. Sounds like maybe they're a more heavy duty trailer. Most of the Toy Haulers I've been looking at are 5500-8000 lbs, so this one sounds heavier.
