can't locate converter

battery is not charging, think I blew the fuses for the converter but can't find it. I have a grand design 350M momentum. Stupid manual talks about what to do with it but does not tell you where it is located. The monitor panel in the camper says it is at 13.7 volts while the battery is at 11. If I put a charger on the battery and bring it up to 12.5 volts, everything works fine until the battery gets below 12V.

Only other thing is maybe the battery is bad? Battery is only two years old.

Heading to Daytona in the morning, any assistance would be appreciated.

thanks

I'll take a guess, sometimes it's buried behind the AC breaker panel.

Regarding your volts, 13.7 is a charge voltage and you should see the same at the battery posts. 11 is pretty much a dead battery. Is it possible the battery disconnect switch is active, in other words disconnected? Easy test, unplug shore power. If the lights go out the batteries are disconnected and the converter has been powering everything.
