Cyclone Awning

I have a 2012 Heartland Cyclone 3950. There is only one main awning on the trailer. It has recently stopped working and is in the retracted position.

I've checked the fuse panel and all seems fine.

Any suggestions on where to start looking for the problem and any possible solutions?

Thanks, Jerome

You need to make up a couple jumper wires long enough to connect to a 12 volt battery and to the awning wiring at the roller.....test to see if motor is still ok.......reversing the pos and neg test wires at the motor plug will change direction....if you can't access the motor plug in, find where the wires pass thru the wall, and you can test there.....if the motor plug isn't damaged or corroded....
