Half Garage Fifth Wheel

Hey guys. After thinking long and hard about my next camper I have given the fifth wheels with the side door ramp and the half garage a lot of thought. They seem like a good idea and would be practical for me. But the only ones I have found are the cougar 310 srx. Does any other company's make them? Anybody own one with a half garage ? Thoughts on them?

Different layout, but the Grand Design 374 and 376 are built around a similar concept.

We have a Montana 357tht and love it. Unfortunately they stopped making it. Now they have the front living room model with the garage under the rear bedroom.
