Has anyone swapped out the lower couch that turns into a bed on the Happi-Jac for the Happi-jac dinette, or for a dinette that just flips up manually and is anchored to the wall of the rig with straps?
Thanks!

Looking to buy a used trailer with the one couch that goes across the back, but we really want the dinette, so we are wondering if there is a way to swap those.
Haven't seen one like what you are describing, but I'm sure with a little ingenuity, you could easily do it.
We have the Happy Jac system that creates a dinette/bed on the bottom and it's a pretty simplistic design. The bed basically turns into two benches and then a table is added to the center.
maybe look into one of the u shaped dinettes raptor uses or used in there toyhaulers that attached to the happy jack system. i know you can find them at https://colawrvsalvage.com/ like in the 2012 raptor 297se model so similar.
We did it! We worked with Happijac tech to find out what parts we needed, but had to by the actual couches from a private party who happened to be selling them. Cost us about $1500 and works perfectly.
