So were sitting in Malibu, got here yesterday afternoon, and deciding what to do today. Just wanted to post a few pictures of the camp. it's great that they installed Wi-Fi for the campers.

Very peaceful here, highs in the 70's, lows in the 60's. There is no off road type stuff here to do, but you have the ocean. It is in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area so there is actually alot of things that can be done. And it's relativity close to home.

Talk to you all later,

Clark

That place looks nice. We are going to do a maiden voyage proably to Crater Lake. It's a nice straight run from the house. Next will be to the coast around Brookings for sure. Best to you and yours Clark. Enjoy!

Nice place Clark. It's great you have a place like that so close to home. I hope you and Robin are having a super time.

Your new truck looks great with the Alfa.

Don,

The truck towed great, very smooth for our first trip. I'm still in the comparison mode between the two trucks. I need for the new truck to really break in for a true comparison. I really love the transmission, that is a big change.

Oh Clark...you DAWG!! Man...that sure is scenic...what kills me is you're sitting on the beach, (beer in hand? some of those beaches don't allow that), and yackin' away on the keyboard...does it NOT get any better than that (except for the beer thing- that would be a big needle in the ballon sky kinda thing)?

And I don't even have to wonder if you're happy with the new F350....I can see it in your words!

Thanks Dave,

It took awhile to get to this point, but it sure is fun being here now...

The hardest part is keeping everything clean

Clark,

I love that Wedgewood Blue. Wish my truck was
that color.

Looking at your driveway..... I wondered if you have smashed
your back up lights yet

Howie,

No, they miss by about 6-7". The first time I backed in, I though I hit them but because of the angle of the frame, they tuck up great.

Clark, that is a nice rig. And I also like that color. Colors of vehicles might be a personality type thing, but that Wedgewood is a relaxing aethetic color.
And those pics of Malibu camp are great. Almost funny thinking about you camped there in Malibu in your Alfa, and driving to work in the morning on Saturday from there. Lifes rough ehhh buddy??
